PostHeaderIcon Manifesto Of Joseph Andrew Stack

If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, “Why did this have to happen?”  The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time.  The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn’t enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken.  Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it.  I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head.  Exactly what is therapeutic about that I’m not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

PostHeaderIcon The Law of Natural Order

Nature has designed and created us to perfection even the flaws that goes with it. It is what makes each one distinct and unique. But we simply can not be content with that. We need to re-create ourselves. Our continuous reinvention I hope doesn't mutate to monstrosity.

Reading this article on Oprah magazine opened my pandoras' thoughts again. A thought I had sifted through over and over and drawn to the same conclusion...We have been naturally designed in perfect harmony to adapt to our environment. Our geographic positioning have a large contributing factor as to how our physio-logic have evolved.

PostHeaderIcon Hyprocrisy. Is it a Social Disorder?

Yes, I am guilty of such. Recently I have re-posted a Youtube video on facebook of a Filipina lady about hiring models in Las Vegas. But it's not the job posting that caught my attention (not that I am not looking for one), but rather her candid self-confidence while she reads her lines in English with a strong local Filipino accent whilst trying to be cute on camera.

I had the urge to focus on her diction to the point of making fun of her and worst got some friends to follow suit. I felt guilty about it how I had jumped in the hypocrisy bandwagon that I try defy in my life. I had been searching for an understanding why Filipinos are so critical of each other and how we simply can not take compliments in full arms embrace. Our culture and mentality is so conflicting and complex that makes it difficult for the whole country to move to a full throttled progression. We are so resilient we can survive any given disastrous and dire predicament with a serendipitous smile.
